What we collect
When you request a home appointment we collect what you give us: your name, telephone number, email address if you add one, the address and postcode of the appointment, what you are interested in, when suits you and any notes.
To protect the form from spam we also use your IP address. It is used to limit repeated submissions and is not stored with your request.
Why we use it
We use your details to contact you, arrange your appointment and carry out any work you go ahead with. Our lawful bases are taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to customers and running and protecting our business. We do not sell your details or use them for marketing without your agreement.
Spam protection
Our forms may use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that they are used by a person. Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address and browser details. See cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
Who can see your details
Your request is stored securely on our website and emailed to us. The companies that help us run this, such as our website host, our email provider and Mako Digital, who built and look after this website, may process it on our behalf and only on our instructions. Some providers may store data outside the UK; where they do, appropriate safeguards are in place.
How long we keep it
Requests sent through the website are deleted automatically from the website after 12 months. If you become a customer, we keep the records we need for the work and for tax and accounting, for as long as the law requires.
Photos of our work
We show photos of recent jobs on this website. We remove location data from them and never publish a customer's address. If you can see your home and would like a photo removed, please tell us.
